Responsibilities
- Lead EMA MAA and US IND/BLA strategy and submission readiness
- Manage FDA and EMA interactions and agency meeting prep
- Build the permanent regulatory team and hiring plan
- Advise the board on regulatory risk and timelines
Requirements
- 15+ years regulatory affairs across US and EU
- Major submission leadership (MAA/BLA/NDA)
- Comfortable in a Swiss/DACH environment; German a plus
