- Set company vision, strategy and capital plan

- Build and steward a high-performing executive team
- Drive pipeline, BD and regulatory strategy
Requirements
- Proven CEO or General Manager experience in biotech
- Track record raising $50M+ and closing pharma partnerships
- Deep scientific credibility (PhD/MD preferred)
- Public-company readiness
