- Lead an executive search for the permanent CPO and key reports
- Stabilise leadership team dynamics and board reporting
- Design a scalable people infrastructure for 150–300 headcount
Requirements
- CPO/VP People experience in US biotech or life sciences
- Track record rebuilding people functions post-transition
