Responsibilities
- Build and execute a pharma partnering strategy
- Lead deal structuring, term-sheet negotiation and data room prep
- Represent the company at JP Morgan, BIO and European events
- Hire permanent BD leadership and transition relationships
Requirements
- 10+ years biotech/pharma BD at director/VP level
- Closed partnership deals >$50M in rare disease or orphan indications
- German and English fluency preferred
